Foreign Syndicates hacked 2016 Presidential Elections

Election Reform Activist Lawyer Atty. Glenn Chong revealed on his lengthy Facebook post that SMARTMATIC was out to manipulate results of the Presidential and Local Elections in favor of the candidates and their party affiliates who simply cannot accept defeat.
SMARTMATIC – the Venezuela-based company that created the Precinct Count Optical Scanner (PCOS) machines used for the automation of our Presidential Elections convinced the public that it has extensive measures to combat ‘Cyber Hacking’ or any intrusion that could lead to fraud and duplicity of official results.
According to Atty. Chong, this is otherwise criticized by Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III in a privileged speech stressing that behind those overbearing ‘high-level’ security of data, there are evidences, among others, that artificial results were already transmitted days prior to the Election Day itself considered as a valid count and the alleged tampering of Election Servers by 2 suspected foreign users. Sotto claims that these are “mortal sins” committed by both COMELEC and SMARTMATIC.

Evidence suggested that at least 1 day before the Election, a log file retrieved from the DNS Servers used by the Vote Counting Machine (VCM) through the Consolidation and Canvassing System (CCS), shows there had been results already transmitted more particularly on May 8, beginning at 6:46am with an IP address of 172.30.10.70. CCS identifies the location of the server

Consequently, with the following logs showing:

May 8, 09:26am. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 0507 (Precinct No.) via IP address: 10.11.5.5

May 8, 10:38am. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 6604 via IP address: 10.11.5.4

May 8, 11:39am. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 3617 via IP address: 10.11.5.8

May 8, 12:16am. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 2230 via IP address: 10.11.5.6

May 8, 14:43pm. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 9702 via IP address: 10.11.5.8

May 8, 14:55pm. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 9702 via IP address: 10.11.5.11

May 8, 15:42pm. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 7604 via IP address: 10.12.0.61

May 8, 18:59pm. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 9702 via IP address: 10.11.5.3

May 8, 19:00pm. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 9701 via IP address: 10.11.5.3

May 8, 19:05pm. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 7404 via IP address: 10.11.5.3

May 8, 21:02pm. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 9702 via IP address: 172.30.10.70

May 9, 06:23am. VCM sends Directory Lookup for CCS 5801 via IP address: 10.12.5.46

Two (2) Culprits were identified with usernames: INFRASEC and E360SYNC with the latter being linked to a Cloud Computing Service based in Seattle, USA known as AMAZOMAWS Cloud Network whose objective is clearly to create a “tunnel” in which replicated data could pass. E360SYNC is allegedly SMARMATIC itself which stands for Election-360 based from its own platform being the eyes and brains of the entire election day.

Senator Sotto argued this could have not been a random drill since final testing and sealing of these VCMs were done between May 2-6 of all the 92,509 already distributed and there were no official records suggesting another drill shall be made after May 8 onwards.

The Senator strongly called for a thorough scrutiny and investigation because another log occurred on May 8 via IP address: 10.12.0.1 at 8:40am requested for a Directory Lookup for CCS 1730 which apparently, is assigned to Ragay, Camarines Sur with electoral results of:

Cayetano – 1,353   Escudero – 3,008    Honasan – 358

Marcos – 2,012   Robredo – 16,923    Trillanes – 420

This explains that for every 3 counts of vote from Ragay, Robredo will have double or twice the number of votes compared to the rest of the 5 other candidates.  The gap between Robredo and the other 5 is clearly incomprehensible.

In the post, Atty. Chong lambasted the people behind this misdemeanor and said that we were made to believe that SMARTMATIC’s system is impenetrable from any form of hacking. Little did we knew that they are the ones doing the dirty deed themselves.

EBIDENSIYA HANAP NYO?

Marami yan.
