12-anyos na may Dengue, patay matapos tanggihan ng limang ospital

Action Man Erwin Tulfo is once again infuriated with anger and stress on a random Thursday brought about by the plight of a 12-year-old young child from Cavite before passing away.
Tulfo posted a video on social media narrating the misery of the child by the name of Riceza Salgo from allegedly being ‘passed around’ by 5 different hospitals until there was no more life to save when Riceza was finally admitted at the DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER in Dasmariñas, Cavite – the 6th and yet the only hospital who attended to her already deteriorating condition.

Riceza’s unforeseen predicament began on March 6 and ended the same day when she contracted signs of Dengue such as high fever, nausea, dilated pupils, and bleeding on her extremities.

In the video, Tulfo said she was initially taken by her parents to a health clinic nearby their residence which determined that her condition needed immediate medical attention that can only be given in a hospital.

Riceza was rushed to OSPITAL NG TAGAYTAY but was immediately denied of admission because a hospital representative said they do not have enough supply of blood.

Given her condition, the staff never administered First Aid.

The parents then, decided to go to GENERAL EMILIO AGUINALDO HOSPITAL to seek admission for the poor child only to find out, they don’t have available hospital bed to provide. Again, given her condition, no one bothered to administer First Aid.

The parents had to gamble the limited time they had to go to both GENTRI DOCTORS MEDICAL CENTER and GENTRI MEDICAL CENTER AND HOSPITAL, only to bear the same alibi of not having enough blood supply. Again, no First Aid was given to the child.

Probably the worse explanation the parents ever dealt with was when they got to the PAGAMUTAN NG DASMARIÑAS where they were told that only patients residing in Dasmariñas City are eligible of admission regardless of condition.

Finally, as earlier mentioned, Riceza’s parents still managed to find their way to DE LASALLE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER carrying their dying daughter and was given proper medical attention in an attempt to revive her but to no avail.

In the entire video, Erwin Tulfo is seen ranting and cursing at the 5 hospitals that cared less about Riceza’s situation underlying the issue of POVERTY from the side of the patient that may have prompted these apathetic hospital staff to refuse Riceza even of a temporary medial aid.

Tulfo called the attention of Sec. Francisco Duque III and even President Duterte to revoke the 5 Hospitals’ Permits or order an immediate closure due to inability to administer first aid and provide immediate medical care.

He is also making an appeal to file cases against the Emergency crew and Admitting staff by failing to attend at the patient’s needs.
