Mas mahalaga ang pera! Kris Aquino chose Money over Herbert “Bistek” Bautista?

The Queen of All Media, Ms. Kris Aquino, made a revelation about her failed relationship, aside from political complications, with Quezon City Mayor Herbert “Bistek” Bautista in an interview with GMA News.
According to Kris, she prevented her marriage with Bistek and break him up because of penalty clauses in her "multinational" endorsements that will complicate their relationship if they get married.

"To be perfectly honest talaga, several contracts have provisions that if you end up with an elected official, may penalty from the multinationals because of the money trail. It will appear that they are paying somebody in elective office," Kris said.

“Dati kasi nu’ng kay Noy, okay ‘yun kasi hindi conjugal eh. Magkapatid kami pero we shared nothing. Pero ito, if we (me and Herbert) end up together, or even if I announced na, let's say engaged, soli. "At hindi lang soli ah. Soli ng pera ko na binayad sa akin, soli ng production cost and may penalty clause pa du'n sa mawawala sa kanila (Before, on Noy’s case, it’s just okay because it’s not conjugal."

"We are siblings but we shared nothing. But this, if we end up together, or even if I announced we’re engaged, I would have to totally return everything like the production cost, payment I received, with penalty clause)" explained Kris.

Kris said that their job would be in danger, including those working for her once she paid the penalty to the multinationals.
"Yes may computation ako kasi production cost eh. Ako tapos lost air time. Because they buy it for the year. So sabi ko, 'Oh my God ilang Chowking ang ibebenta ko para mabayaran ang penalty. Kaya that's why, let's just be friends,(Yes I have the computation of production cost. Because they buy it for the year. I said “oh my God how many Chowking would I sell just to pay the penalty?)“ added Kris.

Kris and Herbert ended up as friends despite their break up in 2016.
