Patients complains Naga City hospital chief of staff for unacceptable treatment.


Journey Nicdao Parco narrated her frustrating experience with the person who claimed to be the chief of staff of Naga City hospital wherein, she disliked the way she was treated by the “rude” chief of staff.
According to Journey, she went to the hospital and politely asked for a drug prescription and a medic certificate for her throat allergy but the staff gave her a nasty attitude in response.
“Saan kaya pwede i report to Chief Staff daw sa NAGA CITY HOSPITAL pumunta ako ngayon para humingi ng reseta at med cert dahil namaga lalamunan ko dahil sa allergy sa loob ng lalamunan ko kahapon,hanggang ngayon masakit pa rin. (Where can I report the Chief Staff in Naga City Hospital? I went there to ask for a drug prescription and a medical certificate because my throat has been swelling since yesterday)” Journey said.

“umupo ako sa labas at nag antay kahit pwede naman sa loob,maya maya bumalik ako sabi ko dadating po ba yung doctor sabi niya aba malamang. (I waited outside, then later on went back inside and asked if the doctor will still come, but the staff rudy replied, of course!)” She said.

Journey confronted the rude staff for her nasty attitude and took a picture of the log book, proof that she put her name on the list but was told that her concern is not an emergency case. She also asked for the name of the staff then went home.

Pagtapos niya makuha info sa log book Sabi ba naman saakin lumabas ka don tignan ko kung entertainin ka nung doctor dahil emergency cases lang dapat, ang ayos ayos ng pakikiusap ko umupo ako sa labas at nag antay kahit pwede naman sa loob,maya maya bumalik ako sabi ko dadating po ba yung doctor sabi niya aba malamang. sinabihan ko na siya bakit ganyan ka sakin? pasyente ako ginaganyan moko sabi sakin eh ksi hnd ka naman emergency. Pwede naman niya sabihin ng maayos hindi yung ang taas ng boses niya sa harap ng mga tao sa hospital,sabi ko cge po babalik nalang ako at picturan ko log book na nagpalista ako at na check ako ng nurse sa lalamunan ko hindi daw pwede,kunin ko po pangalan niyo kasi ganito niyo ako tinrato Ai hindi pwede yon sabi nya. Umuwi nalang ako dahil walang mangyayari.Sana may CCTV na kahit ganyan siya nango ngopo pa dn ako at gumagalang,isa pa hindi rin kasi ako pwede uminom basta basta ng gamot dahil may allergy ako sa gamot."


"Sana po matuto tayong rumespeto ng kapwa natin,matuto tayong umunawa hindi yung dahil may pusisyon ka sa hospital tinatrato mong masama kapwa mo,Hindi porke ordinaryong tao pagsasalitaanmo na nang ganyan sana maireport kita dahil siguradong ginagawa mo din sa iba. Kung ang mayor ng Naga magpacheck up sayo nang hindi naman emergency cases gaganyanin mo ba? Iba na panahon ngayon mas mabilis maireport ang tao sa pamamagitan ng FB at sana maturuan ka ng leksyon itsura mo dito ang tapang tapang mo po..”
